changing registry for time change

Is there any way to change the day light saving time in the registry on windows 95/98 so it changes when you have to turn back time in November and head in march? I know there few programs you can download and install but you got to have internet to use them. I was just wondering about it. I got few computers that has windows 95 and 98 on them.

Yes, actually there is. A long time ago, I had downloaded a regedit for this. I believe they changed the rules again sometime after this, so it may not be current, but it should be enough to get you going.

Select this, save as something like updatedst.reg and run it.

Well i change the registry on my windows 95 and 98 laptops i have i see if it works. thank you for the help.
