It never ceases to amaze me that users on this site believe that the administrators have a secret unpublished stash of software. If it's not in the download library, it's probably because the staff don't have a copy of it to upload.
I'll see if we can get that added to the downloads whenever I get around to finding all the corrupted packages first. It shouldn't be that hard to find.
