[NOTANISSUE] Longhorn build 5112 not able to be extracted

For some reason, I am unable to extract the 7z for Microsoft Longhorn Build 5112 32-Bit.

    7-zip 9.2 says: Cannot open file as archive

    Re-download it. Sounds like it was corrupted.
