No, it's 8.1, with lots of customization. (note build number in winver and "Build 9600 in the corner of the screen)

It could have fooled me at first glance honestly.

I'm using Start8 on my 8.1 install, no Aero Glass modifications though. I'm curious what he is running to achieve a look so close to 7, because I have yet to manage it. The one Glass for Windows 8 thing I tried wasn't very good.

If you want to know what I used:

Aero8.1
Glass8
GlassPwn (Disables glass8 watermark
Classic Shell (At one point I used StartIsBack but I prefer Classic Shell)
basebrd.dll from Windows 7 to make winver say Windows 7 (It also caused the Build 9600 watermark, I could fix this by putting 8.1's basebrd back and putting the 7 one in again but I'm too lazy :P)
One other thing: I disabled Ribbon UI by renaming UIRibbon.dll to something else.
Edit: As clean as it can get.
