Just noticed this was still broken:

I know Duff mentioned it a couple of times a while back.

I honestly just adblocked it...

With what I have access to, I can't edit that menu file to actually remove "downarrow.gif".

While I was poking around however, I did manage to fix the footer, and attempted to clean up if you give reputation points how the bubbles appear. That didn't seem to have any effect so I reverted that change.
