Where can i find a copy of DCOM95

I have searched on multiple search engines a copy of DCOM95, but i can't find it.

i also need Windows installer 2.0. I used to be able to download a copy of windows installer 2.0, but the site that I know that had it went down.

that is the wrong Windows installer 2.0! there were two versions of it, one for 9x and one for NT/2k. I needed the one for 9x. oh well, back to the search engines.
