Never even heard of Rhapsody Titan1U before today... had to Google it. So this is generic advice for problems like this, rather than any specific insights I have into this particular OS.
That said, it looks like the issue is with the memory (RAM) allocation process in the kernel. Is it true that you have allocated 512MB to this VM, or is it seeing that incorrectly?
You might try allocating a smaller amount of memory (256MB or 128MB) as sometimes large amounts of memory can cause older operating systems to be unstable (like what you're seeing here).

Either too much RAM or some other issue with the CPU or hardware that is incompatible.
OPENSTEP works fine, you need a replacement driver floppy though.
