[FIXED] Primary Mirror down

The primary French mirror is currently down. I've restored the link to the more limited collection available on the NY mirror and that is now on the library page.

EDIT: All mirrors are now back online.

Very sorry about this (and my silence)

My server decided to completely brick itself last week, and I've been trying to balance work and other commitments while trying to get everything working again, hence why things haven't been quick to fix.

I'm aiming things to be back up again in the next 24 hours.

I honestly have seen no difference between the two mirrors.
