I am just asking if anyone can upload the linux port of simcity 3000.

I don't know if that even exists, but the Windows version will probably work under Wine.

I actually have it, with the patch to run on modern distros. I'll have to go digging.

Yeah, I thought the only thing out there was the original simcity for unix that was opensourced.
