Hello winworld, may I please have an iso for windows whistler 2463 because beta archive removed the iso from their ftp. Thank you.

If they removed it from their collection, it was probably corrupt, garbage, or fake.

Although there are some betas that really isn't the focus here. Perhaps you would like something more interesting like a good, wholesome download of 1985 R:Base 5000: https://winworldpc.com/product/rbase/5000 ?
