It looks like the FTP may currently be having issues.

I just tried to upload something, and the FTP server is giving me:

Status:	Connecting to winworldpc.com ...

Error:	Disconnected from server
Error:	Unable to connect!

I also didn't get an account notification e-mail.

I see Win2KFan tried to upload something but did not complete. I'm guessing this is not just me?

Nice, you fixed one issue, but there is still something else going wrong.

I just tried a creating a fresh upload but it says the login is incorrect:

I'm not seeing the "[WinWorld] Upload your Contribution" account information or "[WinWorld] Contribution Received" in my personal e-mail. I have WinworldPC.com whitelisted in my Spam filter, and I was getting these fine before the server move. No big deal for me, but other uploaders could find those useful.

I do see the Upload Alerts in the admin e-mail.

Are any other uploaders seeing/not seeing these contribution e-mails? (AirportsFan?)

So its just me then. Thats strange. I even tried disabling my spam blocker (not that it does a very good job anyway) and still nothing. Well, suddenly someone thinks I need to reface my kitchen cabinets... :P

According to my mail logs your messages are being rejected due to an SPF failure. If it's not fixed by a host change I did in the configuration it will need additional love when I have a chance.

Why Outlook.com was not rejecting on the same grounds is beyond me; it should have been.

PS: Your webhost has a big ass picture of breadracks on their homepage. This makes stitch a sad panda.
