  • so alot of people from chile may no longer use this site? i know ive seen alot of abuse from people based in chile as you have been posting their ip's and isp's to prove them wrong when they claim not to be someone like cigarette or that guy with the numbers (CBA to remember the numbers)

They can still use the site if they have can afford a VPN tunnel.
  • or Tor, for that matter

Not everybody uses Claro (which is the brand for Telmex) here... Also, I apologize for every Chilean that has given you guys shit. :(

    Yeah you did.

    Tor blocked.

This user is now banned for registering with a fake email, registering from an TOR exit node, and multiple post counts within 2 minutes from an iPhone. Definitely bogus all the way around.
  • I still don't even understand as to why 5247846/PeladoFeo even wanted InstallShield to begin with, and why he felt the need to harass other people and avoid bans just to get a piece of useless software.
To be honest, even if he did get hold of it, I'm pretty sure he'd probably find more stuff to complain about.

If he did get ahold of it, he would either not understand how to use it or he could create a bunch of horrible crappy installers that would circulate around the Internet and plague us with shitty repackaged abandonware applications.

Either way, we're doing the Internet a favor by not providing it.

Exactly. It blows my mind that somebody would stoop this low to get crap that he wouldn't even use/wouldn't even know how to use.
