Windows 98 FE Upgrade *whateverwordican'tthinkof*

When I got the Windows 98 FE Upgrade off the library for my Windows Upgrade experiment thingy, it was just the files that would be on the disk, not just an ISO you put into somewhere. I had to use ImgBurn to get it into an ISO.

I'm willing to put the ISO I made into a .7z and upload it, if I can.

    I'll contribute Windows FE Retail Upgrade ISO dumped from original media later.
    I think there is no reason to do so.

    Wasn't it just a bunch of security updates that they tossed into a CD and gave it away for a small shipping and handling fee?
