Trouble accessing WinWorld (but not WinBoards)

When going to WinWorld on my laptop (using Firefox), WinWorld gives me a white page saying:

"framework error Could not query the database.

Duplicate entry ''c\x9C\x02\xC3M\x11\xE4\x85\x13T\x04\xA6\xF1x\x93' for key 'PRIMARY'"


Running from mobile (WP8.1) is okay.
