Sure, Adobe offers some old versions but not the ancient ones. Just go to https://winworldpc.com/library/contribute and submit them when you can.

From what I can tell, adobe has all of their old flash players archived here:

They even have a nice list of what versions are the latest for a number of platforms they no longer support.

Is there anything they are missing?
