Uploading File Help Please

Im trying to upload a file of SciTech Display Doctor to winworldpc.com/library , but when I finish putting the info together, I click "Open in your FTP client" I clock it, and it just gives me a blank page that says: Index of/ Name Size Date Modified. Please help, I dont know what to do and I have 2 days to upload it.

    Your FTP client = something that isn't a web browser.
    I recommend FileZilla.
