offline Windows update

I came across a nifty program called WSUS Offline. It downloads all of the updates or even selected updates so you can keep them on hand on CD or USB.

    That is also very useful for whenever Microsoft decides to start removing updates. I wouldn't do it any other way.

    After playing with it you can do a whole lot with it. For the kiddies that love XP you can use version 9.2.1 to download Win XP updates.
