The rear audio port on my current system doesn't work and I need a pinout for the front audio. The motherboard is a Foxconn 2AB1.

Front audio might differ between AC97 and HDA, but it's fairly universal.
HDA for example.

The sound codec is a Realtek HD so i don't know if it is compatible.

It follows the same standard. Usually it's labelled as the HDA pins on the motherboard itself.
