Original 3.5" disk can be read sectors from Track 0-0 ~ 51-1 (Can't be read sectors from Track 52-0 ~ 79-1)
I've attached it as various image format.
I'm sure this is Not disk copy protected.

ibmpc5150, do you happen to know if this is copy protected? It doesn't look like it is, yet the images you sent seem to have empty FM tracks at the end. Probably just badly mis-mastered, leaving the unused tracks unformatted.

I've tested on PCE and PCEM emulator.

Yes, there is no disk copy protection, but the Track 52-80 is not recognized.
So I added the dumped image by Teledisk and ImageDisk.
I added missed tracked area on .IMA and filled the byte as F6h.
