Server: Mirror 1
Problem: When I try to download the files it acts normal then the screen just goes back to the library webpage without downloading the file.

    I actually got that yesterday leeching off a friend's hotspot.

    A number of solutions:
    1. Clear cache
    2. Clear cookies
    3. Get a new ISP (because what ISP you have may have ISP-level NAT)
    4. Use Mirror 2.

    Solution 1 & 2: will try.

    Solution 3: How do I find that out? I already swapped from one ISP that was shuttin down their towers to satalite service.

    Solution 4: On both Opera 31.0 and Firefox 40.0.3 I only have option for Mirror 1.

    I get the problem whenever I choose Mirror 1 but not Mirror 2.

    Some downloads are not available on Mirror 2. I don't know why. If they are less than 10mb I can manually "push" them to mirror 2. (Anything larger never seems to get over there)

    Has to be my ISP because all Mirror #2 files work and all Mirror #1 and Mirror #3 fail everytime I try on all files.
