Nt 3.1 advanced server not working in vmware and vbox!

When i installed it in vbox and vmware it says <cd drive requiered> but the cd is connected
any help will be helpful,thanks!

    NT 3.1 only supported SCSI CD-ROMs. I think VMware and VBox will let you attach the CD drive to the SCSI bus.

    The next problem you'll have though, is the fact the installer bombs on CPUs after Pentium. This can be remedied with an INF fix.
