Are you using File Explorer to open it? Because if you did there is a bug that makes the .img file opening fuction useless.
Try useing WinIMAGE, that works for me :::>>>)))
P.S. And winimage also works for a lot of other files on this site::>>))

7-zip opens all other .img files but this one... but i will try WinImage.

it's corrupt.. the .img wont open
I've tested it.
The image seems to be good dumped one.
It also works on Windows 3.1 well. (Installation has done perfectly.)
The img image opens well.
Therefore, dumped image has no problem.

I never tried with file explorer.
