Win3.1 for Central Europe files

I don't know if this was intentional, but the files for Windows 3.1, build 3.10.104, for Central Europe aren't in the form of diskette images like the standard English ones, just bare dumped files, which sorta makes it harder to install. Tried making some images myself by using the English ones as a comparison, but I believe some files are missing in the Central European version (or I just overlooked some) and the process is rather a chore. Does anyone have a 1:1 copy of the images?
Haven't ever used 3.x and I wanted to look into it, and picked the CE version as support for my language's characters is there, which is why this "specific" question arose
