Janus B1 not working in VirtualBox

When I try to install it, after the fifth disk is copied, setup crashes and freezes, and when you exit setup and run WIN.COM windows freezes at the boot screen
It freezes here:

(OK, that was a little not like the boot screen but you guys should get the idea)
