Issues with FTP Mail contain User/Pass Server

I have an issue with mail contain Username and Password for FTP Server. It didn't show. Please fix it!

Try it again, you may have ran into a UUID collision. If that's the case it should work on your next attempt. If not it's another bug on the pile of things that will probably never get done.
