Boardmaker
Boardmaker is a graphics database containing over 3,000 PCS in bitmapped clip art form. The program allows you to:
- Make a professional looking communication display in minutes.
- Qucikly find and paste pictures into your display with a mouse click.
- Make the pictures any size with any spacing.
- Print and/or save your display on disk for later use.
- Print displays in black & white or colour (if you have a colour computer).
- Store, name, retrieve, resize and paste scanned or custom-drawn pictures.
- Make worksheets, picture instruction sheets, reading books, journals or posters. These may be made in Boardmaker or by pasting the pictures in your desktop publishing program.
Boardmaker will run on Windows and Macintosh computers. Boardmaker helps to enable people with Autism, ALS, Aphasia, Cerebral Palsy, Development Delays and Head Injuries. Boardmaker is found in schools, universities, libraries and anywhere you can think of.
Boardmaker usually comes in a binder with Tutorial and User Guide books and CD-ROMs or floppy diskettes and a VHS cassette. You will also need your registration or serial number, you can type it in Notepad and save it and put into Winzip or Winrar along with your software image (iso, img, ima)
I was wondering if you have Boardmaker (old or new), you can post it into WinWorld Library in the Applications tab. You can get it in schools, universities, and libraries. You can use the following library catalogue websites:
* www.worldcat.org (WorldCat) - Global
* trove.nla.gov.au (Trove) - Australia
If you don't have a CD-DVD drive or a floppy disk drive, you will need to go to eBay to purchase a USB CD or USB floppy drive.
You will need either MagicISO or ImgBurn (For CD/DVD Images - ISO) and WinImage (For Floppy Disk images - IMG and/or IMA) software to create either a CD or floppy image. You will need to do this if you have found Boardmaker in a university or a library and you have to do inside a university or a library. And don't forget to save your CD/floppy image and post it on WinWorld! Follow the guidelines here: https://winworldpc.com/library/disc-images and https://winworldpc.com/library/floppy-images.

Please reply if you are helping this out. I really want to make the special education teachers to use this to download for free on the same day instead of buying the software online wasting money off the credit card and waiting for days to arrive.
