Why in the site winworldpc.com downloading a sotwares is too slow? Maybe is my network but my network is fast? What's the problem?

Yes, Mirror 2 is running very slowly. Stitch has indicated this is a bandwith usage limit problem, which means there is not much that can be done about it at the moment.

So please hold off making larger downloads for now.

We probably don't need any more chatter about it.
