CalmiraXP with XP theme?

Hi, I downloaded Calmira XP and install it on a Windows 3.11 virtual machine, but it just change the icon of Calmira, not the taskbar. I see there are some people able to do this, so what is the problem here? Thanks in advance

I haven't used this piece of software since about 4-5 years ago. My best guess is that they either edited the source code, or changed the taskbar theme... Although I'm not 100% sure if this is the case. I will do a little bit more looking to find an answer...
