How to install OS/2 in virtualbox?

I have tried to install OS/2 warp 4 in Virtualbox and it failed with displayed black screen and message: "FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted."
Should I move on VMware or there's other options?

You need to use the boot disk provided. Put it in the floppy drive.

Everything goes good than I screw up at setting up partitions (not able to make partition installable).
