I need help reinstalling Longhorn Build 4029

I'm having a issue where I can't get passed Windows License Agreement.
It's giving me this error:

    Try lowering the size of the HDD (or VHD) you are using and try again. Longhorn is EXTREMELY picky about HDD sizes. Try 4-10 gb.
