Jet fighter 3 for Win 95 through 98se

This is a game I bought back in 97 to play in Dos on my widows 95 pc. I plan to build a pc for offline use only with Windows 98se that will support a lot of my old games. We are getting ready to move off grid and I don't know if we will have any available internet other than satellite internet. So much for my low latency gaming.
