Update from win98FE to win98SE

First timer here, so please be patient.
I want to update an old laptop from win98FE to win98SE. Looks like there is a download for the update. Will this require a new license key ? If so, is there any way to procure one ?

If I recall correctly, it does. If the keys on that page don't work for that specific one, see the serials thread:

I can't seem to find my favorite site, though I think the (very annoying) DMCA removed it from google.
