As we can see once diskette is first used it becomes modified. This copy has DISKID.DAT modified, the addition of EC_HISC.DAT as well as the modification of Root ID.

Here we have HxC view of KF dump:

We can also see modified tracks using KF console:

Thanks to use "ibmpc5150" here is recovered image. This is .PSI image converted to .TD0 using PSI.EXE:

Now affected tracks 0.0/0.1/33.1 are converted to KF and inserted into original dump. Notice how sectors are shifted for some reason:

Recovered tracks are shifted back to expected position. Also notice how sector width is slightly increased. Nevertheless, the RAW image is ready to be written to fresh diskette.
