Upload not showing up

I was surfing around WinWorld's copies of Mac OS X, and didn't see Tiger (10.4). So, I went ahead and uploaded it through my FTP client (WinSCP). I filled out the Submition form with Wikipedia, and copied some stuff from the other OS X pages to make sure that it would show up right. I clicked on "done uploading in my browser, and it told me that WinWorldPC recieved my "Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger.zip". It has been over a week since that, and it's still not showing under anywhere, not in Apple/Mac, and not in Others. Is something wrong with my file, FTP, my computer, WinSCP, or has it not been approved? :cry:

    Uploads must be inspected, verified, cleaned up, and repackaged by a administrator here. Mostly me. There are piles of uploads, and larger, crufty, non-pc, less vintage, games, or insufficiently described stuff get placed on the back burner.

    So be patient.

    At a glance, it looks like it uploaded successfully.

    I think someone else had upload a 10.4 a while back too.
