Cannot download via ELinks

I'm using ELinks 0.11.7 as one of my daily use browser.
I found that I can't use elinks to download files from the site, the download is always redirects to the home page.

Well, I think it is Not site issue but your brower.
Why not ask to ELinks's developer?

I recommend to use IE11 / Edge / Chrome / Firefox.
No problem to download the file.

I don't have the same version as You have - but for me ELinks 0.12betasomething downloads archives from here with no issues. Please check if You are really redirected to home page - as all pages top looks the same - in ELinks this may require scrolling much to see difference.

Make sure cookies are working, as are referrer headers.
