Networking in win 3.1 on virtual pc

I have seen it done before on virtual pc 2007 but i was wondering if anyone could get me all the stuff i need to put windows 3.1 on the internet in ms virtual pc 2007?

At waht point are you at?
Do you have the right NIC drivers?
Have you installed the MS TCP/IP addon for Windows? (I'm not sure this is the name)
Do you have an appropiate web browser for that Windows version? (which can somewhat comply with today's websites programming?)
