I can upload it if it is ok.
But If you want full retail version, I recomment to buy it from eBay.

What is the difference between the MSDN version vs the standard retail version? I think it is OK to upload it on here? I would upload it on here , I think you can automatically do that. and can you send me a link to download it, it can be on here, or you can send me a private message with the link to download it. And the ones on ebay and other places like amazon are apparently the older builds of it, i want the latest build of the resource kit for windows 98, If i have to i will get one, if i can't get a newer build
But MSDN version includes Plus! 98.
I know retail version doesn't mention about Plus! 98.
So I think Plus! 98 seems not to be included in retail Windows 98 Resource.
I'll upload it to you by P.M.
other than the msdn having plus! 98, what does the retail have that the msdn doesn't or the other way what does the msdn have that retail doesn't have? Is there anything missing the msdn version?
Anyway, MSDN version is different from retail.
Retail ISO seems not to include Plus! 98.
If you wonder detailly, I recomment to contact to eBay or Amazon seller.
P.S. I uploaded it by PM.
I'll delete it soon if you've received.
I think you should upload to this site if possible, i am looking at the software it seems to be the full retail versions of the software.
You can always try https://archive.org and search for "windows 98 resource kit" (without quotes).
You bumped a 2 year old thread but yes they have it on an MSDN ISO.
