Windows Whistler hates mice

Hi, i may be new to winboards, but i've been downloading iso files (7z files technically) but windows whistler pretty much the best result of any beta version of windows ive ever tried,
but it still has an issue, the mouse won't even BUDGE, but maybe theres a fix, like perhaps a driver is maybe not installed?

Microsoft should have made the watercolour theme present in windows 10, but microsoft decided to make windows 10 like an 8/me remix, which was a HORRIBLE choice... :x :x :x

Can you please go into more detail? Like what the system specs are. Because unless we have more information, we'll have a hard time helping you.
