Microsoft MS-DOS 4.01 (5.25-360k) image corruption

Hi there, I downloaded 5 1/4 disk set for MS-DOS 4.01 (as per title), but I find some of the images within the archive have been mangled. It seems the first 512 bytes should not be part of the image (size is wrong for a 360k floppy) but contain some other data, what I'm not sure. If that's removed the image is usable.

Thanks for pointing that out. It appears to technically be some non-standard image format. WinImage happens to recognize it, so it is not surprising that got overlooked. I'll make a note to fix that.

Uploaded image seems to be dumped as standard image + header part of 512 bytes.

It must be OEM version (Not Microsoft Genuine.)

I uploaded MS-DOS 4.01(c) by Microsoft Geniune.
Of course this is OEM of Microsoft.
(Microsoft didn't released it as Retail package before MS-DOS 5 Upgrade was released.)
