How do I install windows 1.0 premiere edition?

during the setup, it asks me to insert the "Utilities" disk, but I only have 4 floppy disk images for the installation. What do I do?

The Windows Premiere Edition disks are labeled as follows:

Disk 1 - Setup
Disk 2 - Build
Disk 3 - Utility
Disk 4 - Apps

The label scans are in a seperate archive.

I recommend to install Windows Premiere Edition under DOS 3.3x
