Installing Windows 95 using Vmware

Hello
Trying to install Win 95 on my macbook using vmware fusion. I downloaded the iso and chose that as the boot device but it keeps saying OS not found. Has anyone done this or does anyone have advice?

I tried using the bootable floppy first still nothing. Sorry I am pretty new to VMs figured this would be a cool place to start
