It took about an hour, and 3 attempts as I have never done this before, but it worked.
Ingredients
1 VMWare worksttion Player (free)
2 Win10 x64 Home (free as I already have it)
3 Rhapsody media (free from WinWorldPC)

I couldn't be bothered to install the NIC driver so it sits there looking boring but pretty.
Base on the last line of the error (this is NOT the full error message), the root filesystem wasn't found on any of the disks. Are you using IDE or SCSI? If not, you must choose IDE or SCSI. Remember, NeXTSTEP, OPENSTEP, and Rhapsody require very specific hardware to work.
