I need help to find software

in this software was in system tray lighthouse Icon.

The icon was hanging around.

The icon was a protection and It was a old soft.

Please help me to find.

It reminds me of some type of Parental control software, So I looked it up and it might be.

That can't be, because his query is to do with a piece of software for Win9x, and the icon you mentioned didn't even match his description. That icon was just of a computer screen, "users" and a shield together.

When the OP mentioned "lighthouse" though, it reminded me of Netscape Navigator/Communicator straight away, but I know that wouldn't be it either.
