Does Whistler really have a startup sound?

When you reverse it it sounds like Windows 2000 startup sound. Everybody says Whistler always used Win2000 sounds. I've been in this community since 2012, when i was 11 and too lazy to register. I love abandonware. I just wanted to ask this question. Does Whistler have a startup and shutdown sound rather than the Original Windows 2000 sounds?

The Whistler startup sound that's been circulating on the Internet is fake. For much of its development, Whistler used the Windows 2000 startup sound until it ultimately ended up with the Windows XP one in the late builds.
