Windows 95 OSR2 - Turkish?

This is my request. There is the RTM version with Turkish. But not OSR2. Maybe someone can implement the RTM language to OSR2, or find a brand new* Turkish OSR2 version.

*yeah, brand new means not shared here before. since its abandonware, duh

It was added, but it was OSR 2.1 (exact same thing, OSR 2.1 just includes an extra USB update)
