Turbo LED on QDI Explorer II Mobo

I have a QDI Explorer II motherboard. It has a connection for a Turbo LED on it but no connection for a Turbo switch! I imagine it allows switching from the keyboard but checked the manual and BIOS and no mention is made of a Turbo function. Does anyone know anything about it?

    Socket 5 and socket 7 motherboards did not have turbo switch functionality. Turbo LED headers were probably just for (useless) aesthetics.
