IBM PC DOS 5.00 box set (Value?)
Yesterday I was gifted with what seems to be a complete box set of PC DOS 5.00. Inside the box there are three small booklets; Getting Started, Keyboards and Code Pages, and Program License Information. There is a large book, User's Guide and Reference. A small insert labeled Service Information Card is also in the box, along with a styrofoam insert. Saving the best for last, a sealed "Media Envelope" with the license agreement printed on it contains the diskettes.
Just wanted to know if the set is complete and if it is, what's it worth? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Off hand I would say perhaps $20-$25 plus shipping.

Not sure why that one sold for $39+shipping, that seems a little high. If you have the patients you may eventually find a buyer with more money than brains.
Also keep in mind there were several releases. 5.0, 5.01, and 5.02 at least. Not sure how those compare.
But 5.25" version is more rare than 3.5"
