[Discussion] Potential discarded USB flashdrive uses?
Hello, greetings, etc.
This is the base of a [purposeless] discussion of uses for spare flash drives. I know, there are tons of sites that restate the exact same thing as I am going to state, but are there more uses that don't involve modification. The first many that I have found interesting are:
Live USB for Ubuntu, Debian, and even Android. (And even more.)
Missile key-style computer log on system
Document/portable app briefcase
Recovery toolbox
Truecrypt drive
(Mame/NES/C64/SNES/SEGA/Anything under the sun) Emulated\Not emulated Games but otherwise portable games.
This is only the surface of what you can do with these things, but there are probably a lot more out there. The only creative use for USB drive I have is letting many documents (as well as programs, drivers, etc) snowball until I have >24GB full. If you can think of any other creative uses for these, don't hesitate to post below.
