Hello.
I would like OS X 10.3.9 tips. I am still new to macs and am currently typing on one.

    Every tip that applies to OS X 10.4 also applies to OS X 10.3, with the exception of tips relating to 10.4-only features.

    My tip? Upgrade to 10.4 ;)
