planning of making cd's of applications

i noticed some apps here dont come as cd format, if your the kind of people that wanna install some of them on a windows 98 for example, on virtual box, you have a problem, so im planning of using some zip to iso converters and doing some stuff such as:

chex quest
internet explorer 6
old firefox builds (they didnt came in cd, i think, still, with the iso you will be able to still open the setup.exe from the iso file)
some any other software i find wich is cool and proably i might wanna install into a windows 98

any suggestions?

Any idiot can create CD images from floppy/file archives here. We don't need those on Winworld unless they are dumped from original CDs.
